McCabe Group is very pleased to have completed the full fit-out and associated site ancillary works of a 57,000 sq. ft. warehouse, including cleanrooms, production lines, and a waste-water treatment plant room.

The Kingspan Group UltraTech Versatile Cleanroom System consisted of semi-flush QuadCore wall panels and windows, a PUR core panel plenum top, a CamGrid suspended ceiling system, fan filter units and HEPA filters, teardrop lighting, automated internal sliding doors with an interlocking system, and room pressure and temperature monitoring sensors.

The cleanrooms were delivered to specification and achieved ISO Classifications 4, 5, and 6.

Independent testing and validation of the cleanrooms was carried out in accordance with ISO 14644 testing standards.
